This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the SuncoPrinting.com Online Service. By using the SuncoPrinting.com website you (the “Member”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at SuncoPrinting.com website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Change Orders
Any jobs that have been approved or “sent to press” cannot be altered or changed due to the automated process that results from the “send to press” action. If a request is made for a job to downgrade, including but not limited to turn around time, quantity, shipping method etc, before the digital proof is approved, a change order fee of $15.00 will be deducted for the refund.
Turn Around Times
All turn around times are based on business days. Monday through Friday and exclude all national and federal holidays. Printing turnaround time starts when you approved your digital preview by using the “send to press” button. Please note that if your files fail to meet our file requirements, your job status will be changed to "Art Suspect" and your printing turnaround time will be reset. .All jobs submitted into production before midnight will begin production the following business day. EXAMPLE: if a 3 day turnaround job is submitted, approved, and sent to press on a Monday before Midnight , Day 1 of turn around time is the following business day and the job would ship out on Thursday of that same week. As of now, 2 day turnaround time only apply to products printing on 100# text and 12pt c2s paper stock with gloss coating on both sides.
Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. No refund will be issued after the job was “sent to press”. A service fee of $15 will be charged for any canceled orders once the artwork has been uploaded to the site. Customer must notify SuncoPrinting.com within 1 business day of order acceptance to report any defects discovered in the ordered product. 100% of the received product should be returned to SuncoPrinting.com within 5 days from the day the job was delivered. Should the claim be approved by SuncoPrinting.com, a reprint at no cost will be shipped to the Customer at the original paid shipping method.
Marketing Promotions and Discount Codes
Please note that all prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Check SuncoPrinting.com for updated online advertised price. Qualifying purchases should be placed online along with the code and paid in full before the promotion expiration time. Offers are not valid for previous purchases. Non-shipping related promotions apply to printing charge only; custom quotes, mailing postage, shipping charges and sales tax, etc. is excluded from offer discounts. UPS Ground shipping promotion is limited to packages shipped within the Continental U.S. with the selection of the UPS Ground option only; the maximum value of the offer may vary by product or campaign. One discount code per order only, no other promotions or credits can be combined.
Shipping
Each job SuncoPrinting.com ships via UPS. Once a package has shipped, SuncoPrinting.com will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped.
Transfer of Title
The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided by SuncoPrinting.com on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuncoPrinting.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. SuncoPrinting.com shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. SuncoPrinting.com disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable.
Limitation of Liability

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IS INAPPLICABLE.
Indemnification
Member agrees to indemnify and hold SuncoPrinting.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Modifications and Interruption to Service
SuncoPrinting.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. SuncoPrinting.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should SuncoPrinting.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that SuncoPrinting.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. SuncoPrinting.com retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, SuncoPrinting.com reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
